My Proven INTEGRATOR Process
Though job descriptions are everybody's favorite (sorry if that actually applies to you) processes help build accountability. Hire anybody and they'll ask you "what should I do?" but hire a good integrator and they'll tell you how they do what they do. This process is fairly simple and the structure can be used in many contexts, that's the point! It can be used on consulting, small projects, "special projects," rocks, 1-year goals, or whole-businesses.
Trust the Process
A good Integrator comes with a process. It may not always be perfect, and sometimes you go back or skip ahead. You may be running several of these simultaneously, on different projects or teams. This process can take 3 hours or 3 years depending on many variables. The point is, this is a roadmap that's meant to keep you on track by putting a structure into place.
Just remember - work the process, and keep using it. When you're done, start over and use it again on another project or goal. This process eats complexity for breakfast and what it leaves you with is clarity, peace-of-mind, and more time to do other things. So don't just do it once and forget about it, the more you use it the more it gives back.
